“ Ill be honest, I havent had the pizza there in about 4 years, but I remember it was good. HOWEVER, the Happy Goat picture attached is simply incredible. Its simple ingredients, but the BALANCE of the flavors is perfect. The pesto doesnt overpower the peppers, the goat cheese doesnt overpower the pesto, you get the point. Also, the texture super important to a neurodivergent like me is also just exactly right. The lettuce isnt too chewy, the carrots arent too crunchy, the marinated peppers arent too soggy. Its the Goldilocks zone for everything. ”
